The second round
This was the week at Klaes web fensterbau
Digitalisation was also pushed forward in the second round of Klaes web fensterbau. The focus was on order acquisition, production processes and communication with suppliers.
- By web to the order
At the English meeting about the Klaes webshop and webtrade, Tim Söller and Arunas Gaspariunas (both Klaes Sales) presented the extensive possibilities in the demo solution, but also in an active customer version. Andreas Prophet then expanded on the topic of information transport to customers via web tracking and to the own team with web business. - Digital workflows for aluminium constructions
In the two presentations on Klaes 3D, the contents of the English and German versions were also different. Erdem Gogceluglo (Klaes Sales North America) was more concerned with classic aluminium facade construction and also had customer projects in his programme. Dino Travljanin, on the other hand, went beyond the basic advantages of Klaes 3D. Together with Christian Heber from our customer Sunflex from Wenden, their paperless production organisation with Klaes e-prod was also presented in their new production hall. - Data communication with suppliers
Here, both appointments were held by one speaker: Robert Hodits (Technical Sales Klaes premium / ERP). In a short and concise way, he talked about the great advantages of digital communication with one's own suppliers. It was particularly interesting that not only the avoidance of errors is a "big advantage", but also how the information provided back speeds up the otherwise very time-consuming checks considerably, because differences are automatically highlighted. Either in ordering or inventory management.
We have one week left and there are more interesting topics. So - register now!
