Klaes on the job – Part 13

Harbin Sayyas Windows Stock Co, Ltd. is the leading wooden window producer in China with two factories in the north and one factory in the south of China. One of the northern factories won the Guinness World Records in 2018 - "The largest passive factory in the world". This passive factory allows Sayyas to continue to produce with the lowest energy, even in -40 degree cold winter, while all other northern factories close in winter.

With its 1400 employees and over 200 distributors, Sayyas has an annual capacity of 400,000m² of wooden windows and an annual turnover of over 130 million euros. The company has been listed since September 2022. Further investments are planned and more production facilities will also be built in the near future.

With the investment in many machines, Sayyas guarantees the highest window quality. In recent years, they have equipped themselves with more than 12 large CNC machines (Weinig Conturex, Homag BOF923/BMG511, SCM Accord WD/25, BIESSE Rover etc.) for the wooden window market and more than 40 Weinig UC6 for large wooden window projects, and also with several Cefla robot painting lines. The company also has its own glass factory with 4 modern glass production lines, most of which they supply themselves.

Due to the growing aluminium market in recent years, Sayyas invested in a huge robotic aluminium production line in April this year. The southern factory has reached a daily capacity of 200+ windows and supplies aluminium windows for the southern market. More lines are already planned for next year.

Sayyas works with almost all Klaes solutions: Klaes 3D, Klaes trade, Klaes e-control, Klaes CAM. Klaes 2D was already introduced in 2006, Klaes e-prod was implemented in 2011.
