Web-presentation: Klaes Info Manager practical knowledge
How can window manufacturers organise their daily processes digitally and clearly - without losing important information on slips of paper? This was the topic of the web presentation ‘Best organised with the Klaes Info Manager’, which was moderated by Thomas Busch from Klaes application technology. The practical partner was Jörn Heinrich, Managing Director of Heinrich GmbH & Co. KG from Wetzlar, who is already using the tool successfully.
‘We all know the situation: a Post-it here, a note there - and it gets confusing,’ smiled Thomas Busch at the start. ‘With the Info Manager, we have a solution that takes communication, tasks and transparency in the company to a new level.’
Jörn Heinrich then gave a live demonstration of how the Klaes Info Manager is used on a day-to-day basis. ‘For us, the process starts with the first customer contact,’ he explained. "As soon as a customer calls, a task is automatically created in the system - complete with customer data and priority. So nothing gets left behind."
His employees particularly appreciate the fact that all information is centralised: ‘Whether it's a holiday replacement or a spontaneous case of illness - everyone can see immediately what the current status is,’ Heinrich continues. Automatic reminders, for example when following up on quotations or preparing invoices on account, also make work much easier.
‘The aim is for our customers to be able to concentrate on their core business - and not on juggling task lists,’ said Thomas Busch, summarising the idea behind the solution. And you can even get started in stages. You start with the most important - or most annoying - tasks and then build up step by step.
