Klaes at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026
FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 is taking place in a market environment that is placing considerable demands on many companies. Rising costs, a shortage of skilled workers and uncertain supply chains are increasing the pressure to work more efficiently and make processes more transparent. In Hall 1, Stand 1-348, Klaes will show how software solutions can help to stabilise processes and make companies future-proof.
The focus of the trade fair presentation is on the new Klaes AI Hub, supplemented by new and enhanced solutions for installation, measurement, purchasing, webshop and design. "Especially in the current overall situation, the industry needs solutions that provide guidance and really help in everyday life," says Lars Klaes (Managing Director).
Klaes AI Hub – artificial intelligence with real business context
With the Klaes AI Hub, Klaes is introducing a central platform for the professional use of artificial intelligence. Unlike isolated AI tools, the Klaes AI Hub is designed as a management and control platform in which all AI applications can be bundled and used in a controlled manner.
The focus is clearly on practical application: the AI works directly with existing data and systems, including Klaes industry software, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 email accounts. This produces comprehensible, context-related results – instead of general answers with no reference to the user's own company.
A central element is the AI chat with company context. Users can retrieve specific information from documents, procedures and processes, get support with emails, appointments or daily tasks, and use AI as a real work tool. Clear rule and role models, transparent results, and security and compliance mechanisms ensure that the use of AI remains controllable and complies with European standards.
Measurement connect – flexible connection of measurement apps
With Measurement connect, Klaes introduces a new interface between Klaes software and external measurement apps. Window manufacturers decide for themselves which window types are approved for measurement. These are available directly in the respective app and can be measured precisely on site.
After measurement, the positions, including dimensions, address and position data, as well as associated images or notes, are automatically transferred back to the Klaes software. Additional components such as roller shutters or double glazing can then be added in the ERP. The result is a continuous process chain from window type to finished position – with high dimensional accuracy and noticeable time savings.
Assembly connect – digital processes right down to the construction site
With Assembly connect - WinDo Flow, Klaes consistently brings digital processes to the construction site. The solution for all Klaes customers seamlessly connects Klaes assembly planning with a mobile assembly app that is available to fitters on site.
All relevant information is taken directly from the planning and is available digitally and in real time. This creates a continuous workflow from the office to the assembly, simplifies communication and reduces errors. Feedback from the construction site flows directly back into the system and increases transparency and planning reliability. Klaes provides support and coordination and relies on future-proof interface technologies.
Klaes procure – more control and transparency
Klaes has made numerous further developments in the area of Klaes procure. A modern interface, centralised management of master data and suppliers, and flexible evaluations form the basis. One of the new features is the automatic detection of changes in requirements, which makes subsequent adjustments transparent and verifiable.
The control centre provides a precise overview of order proposals and orders – including clear status logic, filter options and complete traceability. Article master data is also securely controlled via structured approval processes.
Klaes webshop – more scope in digital sales
The Klaes webshop has been consistently developed with the latest enhancements. Time- or quantity-limited coupon and discount codes enable targeted sales promotions and strengthen customer loyalty – both for marketing campaigns and for regular customers. In addition, product group volume discounts ensure transparent and automated pricing logic. With the new access control for dealer products, you can specify exactly which types, variants and product groups are visible to individual dealers. This creates flexibility and control in digital sales.
Klaes Alu plus – more precise plan drawings from 3D data
With Alu plus, Klaes is taking another step towards consistent 3D use. In the Plus modules, detailed, 3D-based design drawings replace classic 2D CAD section generation. The representations are based directly on the 3D evaluation data and provide more precise view and cross-section drawings – a clear advantage in the planning, coordination and documentation of sophisticated aluminium constructions.
Klaes 3D – realistic design and better overview
In the Klaes 3D area, the focus is on new 3D data packages for facade systems. They form a central, manufacturer-independent logic for aluminium and wood-aluminium constructions and significantly reduce the effort required for system construction.
The new schematic view replaces schematic representations with realistic visualisation. Designs can be checked directly in the workspace in 3D, and cut edges are immediately visible on the model – a real added value, especially for complex elements such as facades, pergolas or gates.
Digital production control – lean processes from the machine to logistics
With Klaes e-control and Klaes e-prod horizon, Klaes addresses key lean topics in window production: stable workflows, transparent processes and consistent waste avoidance. The aim is to organise production and logistics in such a way that information is available wherever it is needed at any time – without media breaks and unnecessary coordination effort.
Klaes e-control ensures precise and reliable machine control, even for individually configured elements, special sizes and small series. All relevant production data is generated automatically and transferred directly to machines or CAM systems. This reduces manual intervention, minimises sources of error and creates stable, repeatable processes – a key prerequisite for efficient lean manufacturing.
In addition, Klaes e-prod horizon creates transparency across the entire production and logistics process. Functions such as production overview, delivery rack management, storage locations and error management make the current production status visible at all times, support clear material allocation and help to identify deviations at an early stage and systematically remedy them. Information loss, search times and unnecessary trips are significantly reduced.
The close integration of machine control, production organisation and logistics creates a continuous flow of information – from work preparation to delivery. Companies benefit from less paperwork, shorter throughput times, greater process reliability and better production planning. Klaes e-control and Klaes e-prod horizon thus make a significant contribution to lean, stable and sustainable production processes.
IT infrastructure, security and document management from a single source
In addition to industry solutions, Klaes also offers the appropriate IT infrastructure: classic terminal servers, high-performance server clusters, cloud services for data backup and solutions for modern business telephony.
The portfolio is complemented by comprehensive IT security solutions – from virus protection and managed firewalls to WLAN access systems that meet GDPR requirements. Klaes DMS solutions also efficiently organise documents and digital workflows and link them closely to Klaes industry solutions.
FENSTERBAU FRONTALE as an international benchmark
For Klaes, FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 is more than just a product show. "Personal exchange is crucial, especially now", says Miriam Berzen (Managing Director). "As the world's leading trade fair, Fensterbau Frontale provides the framework for classifying solutions and looking ahead together.
Klaes is the comprehensive digitalisation partner for the industry – and will be back at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 in Hall 1, Stand 1-348.
